Hall & Co Property wins Apartment Development of the Year at North West Residential Property Awards

Hall & Co Property scooped the award for Apartment Development of the Year at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2026, taking the prize for our St Mary's Gate scheme in Stockport.

The awards were held at Manchester Central and recognised the people, businesses and organisations that have designed, developed, funded, built and managed homes and communities across the North West.

Judges described St Mary's Gate as a great scheme designed to maximise space, light and views onto St Mary's Church and the surrounding green fringe of Stockport's Old Town.
